Marine
Pyrogen Marine Suppression systems provide a total solution to protecting
boats and small vessels from the high-risk dangers of fire when at sea or on
lakes and waterways.
Even a small fire at sea or on a waterway can have serious consequences if it isn't extinguished immediately. Portable fire extinguishers are well suited for smaller fires in the galley or the accommodation spaces. In the engine bay or room it can be difficult to use a portable unit as it requires that the operator get uncomfortably close to the hot oil fire flames and it may be difficult to get close enough to the source of the fire. With a Pyrogen fixed fire extinguishing system you don't have to access the engine room or lift a hatch, and thereby increase the fire intensity. All that is needed to extinguish even the most severe engine or bilge fire is to push two buttons. As a fail-safe, the Pyrogen fire extinguishing system activates automatically when the sensor cable in the engine area reaches 105 deg C.
The heart of the ultra compact Pyrogen Marine system is the SP-1 control panel.
The control unit is used for monitoring and activating the compact Pyrogen canister.
The control panel is activated by either pressing the two buttons on the front
simultaneously or by the sensor cable in the engine room when the temperature
exceeds 105 deg C.
The Navy of Finland recently completed pyrogen installation on a fuel barge
KAMPELA used to transport flammable liquids. The installation complies with
all the new environmental guidlines.
Automotive
This panel is for the monitoring and controlling of Pyrogen fire
extinguishing systems in vehicles. The system is build to fit in to standard
dashboards & instrument panels.
The SP-1 PyroSense system is designed to monitor various sensors and activate
outputs to control a Pyrogen fire extinguisher/s in the event of a fire being
detected.
Power Distribution
For protection of outdoor Cabinets containing Server & Telemetry
equipment used to control, among other things, Adaptive Road Traffic Control.
These cabinets are deployed at selected intersections within Malaysia's new
Administrative Capital, Putrajaya, which is situated within the Multimedia Super

& knowledge based industry.

Firetrace technology sets the benchmark for automatic fire suppression systems. Firetrace systems detect and suppress fire, directly at the source, quickly, efficiently and automatically.
Firetrace is a unique, cost-effective, extremely reliable automatic fire suppression system that can be utilized virtually anywhere that a fire poses a risk. The Firetrace system offers complete installation flexibility due to its stand alone design and operation. No additional electrical or plumbing connections are required for operation, making Firetrace ideal for new construction, retro-fitting or mobile applications.
Firetrace extinguishes fire directly at its source using a unique pressurized flexi-tube delivery system that allows installation virtually anywhere fire protection is required. This tubing is leak-resistant, flexible, and temperature sensitive. Because Firetrace is a self-contained, stand-alone system, its operation is not affected by power, or water main failures. Firetrace reacts reliably every time.
For applications requiring large area coverage, Firetrace offers a bigger volume delivery system where pressure nozzles are used to provide rapid protection.
APPLICATIONS
Computer & Servers
Firetrace provides an excellent solution for equipment protection for any enclosure from a single rack to data centers filled with servers, routers and other equipment. The proprietary Firetrace Red Detection Tubing (seen at above) can be run throughout the critical areas of the enclosures, providing detection right at the potential sources of fire. In simple terms, the closer the detection is to the source of the fire, the faster the system can react to suppress the fire.
Electrical Control Cabinets
Cabinets that contain electrical control equipment can be present high fire risks. With the flexibility of the Firetrace tubing, small fires can be quickly detected. Depending on size, cabinets can be protected by a Direct or Indirect Firetrace system.
Engin Compartments
Firetrace’s proprietary detection tubing is the key to catching fires
when they start. By routing the tubing through the compartment to be protected,
Firetrace’s detection can get right to the source of the fire. The red
Firetrace cylinder can be seen here, along with the red detection tubing as it
is run to the critical areas.
In the event of a fire, The Firetrace system will
release its extinguishing agent automatically. Firetrace also offers options
such as a manual activation station and a warning horn, which is triggered by
activation of the system.
