Fire System Services also provides maintenance services for
exit
& emergency lighting systems. In accordance with Australian Standards 2293.2
emergency lighting systems are required to be certified periodically by conducting
a 90 minute battery power down (discharge) test.
This test certifies that all the exit & emergency
lights are functional and batteries sustain their charge for 90 minutes
during a power black out or building fire. We offer a full backup service where
the
light
fittings
can
be tested, maintained and repaired in the field,
or returned to our workshop for bench testing.
We supply a full range of Nickle Cadmium battery packs and Sealed Lead Acid batteries.

Cold Cathode Technology
The Stanilite Cold Cathode lamp element has two solid ferrous cathodes in a Tri-phosphor
coated medium voltage discharge lamp. The lamp element is installed in a tough
7mm diameter outer protective glass housing with rugged wedge shaped ends. The
lamp is the same length as a 10w fluoro lamp.
RELIABILITY
As a Stanilite's Cold Cathode lamp dose not have frail
filaments, it dose not burn-out....the most common reason conventional EXIT's
fail!
ENERGY SAVINGS
Stanilite Cold Cathode technology offers significant Energy
savings (up to 300%!) over competing 8/10w Exits.
Peel Off Arrow Exit Light Diffusers
Often time gets wasted on those last few exit light diffusers to complete an
installation. You may find that you need a diffuser pointing the opposite
way at the last moment or have to do a major changes to a layout .....either
way, getting the right diffusers in the time has always been frustrating.
Stanilite Performance Exit fittings use "silk screen peel-off" arrows combining the quality of a silk-screened diffuser with the long-term durability of modern polymers. This means one diffuser can now be configured in one way or four ways to indicate direction, straight out of the box!

Nightray Emergency lights are a 10w non
maintained fittings, fitted with sunset switches. When the light level falls
to dusk the non maintain units switch over to maintained
mode, when it's dawn they switch over to non maintained mode hence given
you a night light whilst having the benefits of an emergency
light.
Theses fittings are ideal for institutions, nursing homes and hospitals.
28w & 32w Saturn Emergency Light
Saturn 28w & 32w range of emergency fittings have been designed to deliver the
efficiency and reliability of Stanilite's
premium linear emergency batten range
into a more
architecturally pleasing circular emergency fitting. Saturn emergency fittings
are suitable
for wall or ceiling installations in many commercial applications including office

Stanilite Battery Pack's
We are able to provide the full range of battery packs for Stanilite fittings.
The battery packs are provided with the quick connect
terminals so no electrical wiring is required.

Stanilite Acessories
90 Minute Test Timers: This test switch is installed between
the circuit breaker and exit/emergency light fitting. After the switch is manually
activated to test mode, the switch automatically resets to normal operating
mode after 90 minutes. This elimates the need to manually reset the circuit
breaker after performing a 90 Minute Discharge Test and reduces the cost of
replacing run down batteries if the light fitting is inadvertently left in test
mode.

Ektor RAZOR is a range of Exit lighting with LED technology, There is no Fluro tubes to replace.
The Razor emergency exit sign product range is an extremely efficient
and reliably designed exit sign.
The Razor's construction allows recessed ceiling mounting and provides single
or double sided viewing.
The Razor is equipped with a 50,000 hour LED Light source, which reduces the servicing costs, but also reduces the power consumption of the product.
The Razor's decal can be changed easily without removal from the roof and the diffuser can be installed after painting or construction is finished.
The Razor's electronic design allows for a wide operation for different supply voltages, while minimizing its power consumption which starts from 2.2 watts.
